Can I do macros or a meal plan?
Each coach has their own style and each client has their own needs. We coach each individual client depending on goals, timeline and overall needs. This is something you and your coach can discuss!
How long does it take to get my new program?
3-5 business days after you submit all of your intake forms and pictures. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
When can I expect a response from my coach after my check in?
Please allow 48-72 hours for a check-in response. Check-in must be completed and on the correct day and time your coach assigns you. Late check-ins will not be accepted unless communicated beforehand with your coach.
Do I get changes every week?
This is dependent on the client and the progress being made. Finding what works for your body takes consistency and changes as needed as we find what works best for you and the goal.
Do I train in person with my coach?
No, our programs do not include in person training. Some coaches do offer local personal training for an extra charge. In person training is NOT included in your package.
Do I get assigned a coach or do I get to pick who my coach is?
Either one! If you know your coach please select their name when you sign up. If you are unsure please submit a consult form and one of the owners will contact you.
Do I need a gym membership?
This is dependent on the goal. All contest prep clients need access to a gym or have a full home gym available. Lifestyle and functional health clients do not require a gym membership.
Does training come with my program?
Custom training comes with your program, it is made to fit your goals. Small changes are included as needed. Training will not be updated every month, being consistent and pushing yourself on a program that works for you will yield results.

What if I would like to pause or cancel my coaching package or subscription?
If you would like to pause or cancel your coaching subscription or package please inform your coach. We have a 14 day cancellation policy so please plan ahead if you need to cancel or pause.
- VALA COACHING LLC requires a 14-day notification before cancellation. If an auto-withdrawal is made without prior notification requirement. There will be no REFUNDS under any circumstances.
- Pausing a package can be done in any emergency situation. Pausing a package means you can pause and keep your time remaining until you come back within a 3 month window. You can pause your paid-in full package for up to 3 months.
What happens after I sign up for a coaching package or subscription?
After signing up for a coaching package or subscription you can expect to hear from your coach and receive intake forms within 3 business days. You will also receive an exclusive invite to our coaching platform.

I purchased a Month-to-Month subscription. What can I expect?
Please be aware that your payment will pull on the same day every month. For example: If you purchase a month-to-month subscription on 5/26/2023, your payment will pull on 6/26/2023, and each month thereafter.

How do I return or exchange an apparel item I have purchased?
For online returns or exchanges please contact admin@valacoaching.co
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Sale items, gift cards, free or promotional (gift with purchase) items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return.
- Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). We do not accept items that are worn, washed or altered in any way.
- PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We do not offer free returns at this time, thus return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

What happens if I forget to use a discount code?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to manually add a discount code.
Is Vala Coaching available outside of the US?
Absolutely, Vala Coaching has clients all over the world. We do all of our coaching online. We do have an office at Armbrust Pro Gym in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
