You cannot control every aspect of show day, but what you can control is your stage presence and posing routine. Highlight you're physique in the best way to fit your category, physique and individual style.

• Non Vala Clients: We are open to having communication with your prep coach if requested or needed

  • In Person at Armbrust Pro Gym or Zoom Video available
    • NOT INCLUDED IN SESSION: Armbrust Day Pass ($20 this includes full use of gym) or Membership Required

• Posing Sessions expire within 6 months of purchase date
